The Building |
Dear Friends: I like to announce that I am looking into a building for Gateway of Hope House of Restoration... Command Center. I would appreciate you're prayers. It's a three level unit in the heart of the art district in Peekskill, NY. A beautiful area filled will galleries, lovely restaurants and darling little shops. It's in a place where many can be reached for Christ and restored. Plans for the Building: The building is a three level unit, and on the top floor I am planing to put rooms for those who would like to come and stay for a weekend , a few days or a few weeks. Where they can grow and learn through classes with the word and groups for healing. On the second floor there will be a livingroom area, a kitchen and a dinning area. I'm still planing this area to give it a homestyle feeling. On the first floor there will be the main offices, library and sitting area. And a small chaple where one can go and have time with God in prayer. The layout is still being planed and I'm not sure were everything will be exactly, but I assure you there will be a welcoming home feeling and the presence of God. Getting Ready: I am once again getting ready to redo the non-for-profit papers so I can quickly do what needs to be done. The property stands at $359.000 and any help that you can give is appreciate. Whether by helping me find private donors or by sending in a gift. And if you live in the area of Westchester I am also looking for volunteers to help with fundraising and paper work.
